	<div class=\'hquestion\'>
		<div class=\'description\'><p>Does anyone know of a good dentist that doesn\'t charge a fortune?

I have been taking my teen boys to the same dentist for regular check-ups for 10 years now (my husband and I also go there).

At the last examination (2 days ago) I was informed that one of my sons needs 9 fillings. Each filling is going to cost either $140 or $160, a total of $1,300

 I think this is appalling considering it was only 8 months ago that he had his last check-up.

Surely <strong>some</strong> of these fillings should\'ve already been needed then.

Why was it not picked up then?

I\'ve done the right thing with taking them for regular check-ups, just so that I don\'t have a situation like this, yet they let it get to this point and have the audacity to charge me $160 for a filling the size of a pin head (if that!)

Please, there\'s got to be a cheaper option.</p></div>
